NXN Global, LLC
Building bridges through story, strategy & heart.
With over a decade of experience in program management, operations, and strategy, Mungi Ngomane supports visionary leaders, organisations, and campaigns that are committed to equity, inclusion, and global impact.
Through her consultancy, NXN Global LLC, she offers high-touch advisory services across communications, event execution, project design, and operational growth — with a focus on peacebuilding, social justice, and leadership development.
Mungi has worked across diverse sectors, from political tech to international NGOs, with clients spanning the U.S., U.K., the Middle East, and Africa. Whether acting as a fractional Chief of Staff or leading content strategy for high-stakes initiatives, she brings structure, clarity, and relational intelligence to complex missions.
Her work has included scaling operations at Impactive during the 2020 U.S. election, coordinating the bipartisan Millions of Conversations campaign to counter Islamophobia, and providing strategic support to organisations such as the Ocean Risk and Resilience Action Alliance. She also advises the global public affairs firm Atalanta and recently served as Senior Associate at Banff Advisors, where she helped cultivate a network of executive leaders and talent partners through strategic research, coaching support, and relationship management.
She has also designed and executed international events — including a Christmas concert at the Church of the Nativity in Bethlehem — and supports organizations in navigating disinformation, curating content, and building capacity for social change.
Mungi holds a Master’s from SOAS, University of London, and a BA from American University. She is Patron of the Tutu Foundation UK and remains active in legacy organizations that continue the work of her grandfather, Archbishop Desmond Tutu.
If you’re looking for a strategic partner who leads with empathy, executes with excellence, and brings a global perspective to the work — you’re in the right place.
