Ep. 3: Kasey Crown: Psychotherapist and Wellness Educator | Acknowledging reality (however painful)

Kasey Crown is a California-based psychotherapist, wellness educator and writer whose work challenges existing mental health paradigms and suggests that true well-being lies in our ability to balance scientific and spiritual perspectives. Kasey has been working with clients for over a decade, helping upend trauma, transform emotional injury, repair relationship and unlock vital wisdom to connect people with who they truly are.

Kasey joined Mungi to discuss trauma, the journey to healing, being constantly uncomfortable, shame and ultimately how to forgive and find true joy.

Kasey’s work in helping her clients heal focuses on understanding that we are where we’re meant to be, even in those moments when we want to know why and how. Her practice embodies perfectly the Ubuntu concept of “acknowledging reality—however painful”.
